Handmade by Marcelo Giacobbe, in the GIACOBBE atelier in Buenos Aires, Argentina.
Before launching his eponymous line, Marcelo studied in a prestigious fur program, and recounts the experience in his interview with PDV. “As a student I took part in all the local fashion shows and contests in Buenos Aires, which is how I won a scholarship to study at the Saga Design Fur Center in Copenhagen. It was the first time I traveled for work and also my first time in Denmark.”

Marcelo Giacobbe launched his collection in his native Buenos Aires in 2012, and moved part of his team to New York in 2013. As a student, Giacobbe won a scholarship from Saga Furs, a partnership which continues today. Inspired by Argentine art and architecture, Giacobbe is defined by refined femininity, custom embroidery, and artisan craftsmanship.
